Pacos Upcoming Gigs in May

Well for the Month of May i will begin my 3 month trek across Earth from Dublin, Ireland to Melbourne, Victoria. it will be an interesting journey as i make my way back to the real world, where i have to once again start life!
For those of you out there who are doing a similar thing in travelling to multiple countries in a short space of time and looking for whats on in music, events or festivals be sure to check out EVENTFUL. It is a great wesite to browse what is on in the Major cities throughout Europe and beyond.


MSTRKRFT the electro duo from Toronto CANADA are playing a Live gig at Dublins Academy on May 1st.
I first saw these guys Live at Melbournes Parklife 2007 when they played in the middle of a sunny Melbourne day before Digitalism. It was a duet to remember and Although powered by digitalism's Live Show these guys were the utlimate lead up act.. sending the dance floor into a frezy as they pumped out beats from there 2006 release 'The Looks'
Back with a new release 'Fist of Gold' in 2009 im looking forward to seeing how they go playing solo. Playing shows throughout Europe from now to July 31st check out tour dates at MySpace

METRIC Next up its to Amsterdam Holland for a week long bender. First night we get in 'after a doobie or 2 ofcourse its straight to Melweg for Metrics May 6ths performance.
Extremely exited to see how these guys hailing from UK go live. based on the 2 tracks 'Help im Alive' and of there recently released 'Fantasies' im in for a treat. this is the most anticipated event for the month.

HANDSOME FURS Following the cutlural experience that Amsterdam is sure to bring its straight to berlin, one of the party capitals of the work for another week of... cutural enlightenment. First night in being the 11th of May Handsome Furs are playing a Gig at ..... These guys are a husband/wife electro duo hailing from Montreal Canada. BAT FOR LASHES The following night ill be attending Bat For Lashes at Berlins Postbahnhof on May 12th. Highly Rated by music lovers everywhere there 2009 release '2 Suns' will be one of the albums of the year. Up there alongside Metric i cant wait to see Natasha Khan and co preform live. theres just something about headpeices that i find super appealing!! If you are in Germany, France or Holland they are playing several shows throughout May so be sure to catch them if they are near you. check out their OFFICIAL SITE for more details.

FRIENDLY FIRES n the back of there 2008 debut self titled Lp Friendly Fires quickly became one of my favorite artist of 09 with hits including Jump in the Pool, Strobe, Paris and Skeleton Boy.
